Chronic care Intake
In this 1.5-2 hour comprehensive appointment we will go over your health history and current health concerns along with your physical and emotional well-being. Our goal will be for me to get a good understanding of who you are, what's unique about you, and how you experience life.
Includes case analysis, remedy recommendation, and email support to answer questions.
chronic care follow up
Follow up appointments are scheduled roughly one month after starting your recommended remedy. We will go over your symptoms in detail to determine your response to the remedy, make adjustments when indicated, and keep you moving forward toward your health goals. Initially, these appointments will be monthly, then spaced out as needed on a case by case basis.
bach flower remedy consultation
Do you need mental or emotional support?
Bach Flower Remedies are a wonderful aid in times of stress, change, trauma, or as a daily support for emotional wellness in a busy world.
During this 45 min. consultation we will discuss what's troubling you and any recent emotional concerns. Following your consultation, I will prepare a personalized Flower Essence blend to address your current struggles. This custom blend can be taken as needed to support you in stabilizing your mood and emotions.
acute care
A great way to dip your toes in if you're new to homeopathy!
Acute conditions typically have a recent, rapid onset and differ from ongoing health conditions. Examples include viruses, infections, recent injuries, and bites or stings.
30-minute appointment via telehealth or phone with check-ins as needed for 3 days. Care beyond 3 days will be billed $25 per day.
*Acute care is on a first come first served basis and dependent on practitioner availability.
extended follow up
Has it been a while?
If you are a chronic client and it's been over 6 months since your last appointment, this roomier follow up will allow enough time for us to get caught up before we dive back in.
A lot can happen in 6 months, even more if it's been longer. Allowing ourselves ample time to go over changes and shifts that have taken place while we've been out of touch will enable me to best serve you going forward.
